Please contact the surgery on 024 7526 3599 to book a routine appointment with our clinicians. Once you have made an appointment it is important that you arrive on time otherwise this will delay the clinics and you may not been seen, meaning you will have to rebook.
For all other clinicians except General Practitioners or Advanced Nurse Practitioners.

If you need an interpreter for your appointment please inform reception at the time of booking so it can be arranged prior to your appointment.
