Registered patients at Meridian Practice must be resident within the boundaries of Coventry Borough Council.

Services are available from 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Named GP

All registered patients are assigned one named GP who is accountable for their care. For more information or to find your named GP, please contact reception.
