Meridian Practice is located within Coventry Health Centre close to the city centre on Stoney Stanton Road.
From inside the city
The closest public car park is located outside the centre and operates a ‘pay and display’ scheme. Follow the signs to the city centre and join the Coventry ringroad. Exit the ringroad at junction 2 onto Bird Street. Stay in the right hand lane and take the first right turn into the car park on Stoney Stanton Road.
From outside the city
The centre can be reached via: M6 and A45 (from Birmingham) M6, M42, and A45 (from North West) M1, M69 and A46 (from the North) M1, M40, M45 and A45 (from the South) M5, M42 and A45 (from the South West). Once in Coventry follow the signs to the city centre and join the Coventry ringroad. Then follow the instructions above.
From inside the city
Bus numbers 4, 13, 13c, 21, 21c, 36 and 36c will stop outside the centre then a five minute walk. All other bus routes will terminate in Pool Meadow Bus Station or Trinity Street, both of which are approximately five minutes walk to the centre.
From outside the city
All bus routes terminate in either Pool Meadow Bus Station, Trinity Street or Hales Street, all of which are approximately a five minute walk to the centre.
When you arrive at Coventry Railway Station take the number 27 bus from directly outside the station entrance to Pool Meadow Bus Station. From there it is a five minute walk to the centre.
