Can I see a GP or nurse in the evening and at weekends?
You can see a GP or nurse as appropriate between the hours of 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
Will I have to register with the centre to use it?
Yes, eligible patients must register with the Meridian Practice to see a GP or nurse. Eligible patients are required to provide documentation from the Home Office UK Border Agency. This is usually in the form of a letter from the Home Office stating their personal details and a photo identification card.
Can I register as a patient at the centre?
Yes, the Meridian Practice is accepting new eligible patients. To do this, a patient would need to switch from their current GP practice. We recommend that you are registered at the GP practice nearest to your home address. Please contact the practice for more information.

Will the centre offer home visits?
No, home visits are not available at the present time.
Will the centre have access to my medical records?
Yes, staff will be able to access your medical records (if available) in order to offer you the best possible care.
What do I do if English is not my first language?
All patient information guides are available in other languages upon request, please speak to reception for further information or contact the practice using the contact details in the Contact Us section. We also provide an interpretation service during consultations; please inform us in advance if you have specific translation requirements, this allows us time to book an interpreter.
